The Initial deposit is 30% of the total price. If you are booking less than 30 days in advance for condos and 60 days in advance for houses the total amount is due. If the reservation total is $500 or less the total is due.

Fort Morgan is technically the same thing as Gulf Shores as Fort Morgan is just a slang term. However, Fort Morgan is worlds away from the crowds and spring breakers of Gulf Shores. It is about a 15 minute drive from Fort Morgan to Gulf Shores. However, there are plenty of places to eat on Fort Morgan road. We provide the guests with a list of local restaurants with their vacation packet.

Both! The bay is on one side of the road and the beach is on the other.

The common misconception is that Fort Morgan is not on the Gulf of Mexico. Fort Morgan has the EXACT same Gulf as Gulf Shores and the beaches are actually wider in many locations. Fort Morgan is just a lot less crowded in most areas.

It is also important to note that Fort Morgan is home to the ONLY public boat launches. Gulf Shores has to come to Fort Morgan or Orange Beach to launch. This is the best place to stay for boaters. Many of our properties allow boat parking. Please inquire.

We recommend that all of our guests stop at Walmart on the way in (about 15 minutes from Fort Morgan beaches). The reason being is that Walmart is CHEAP! However, there are small local groceries in Fort Morgan. You can go there to pick up beer, milk and things of that nature. 

yes! Kiva Dunes and the Peninsula are both very good golf courses within 5-10 minutes of all of our properties. These are some of the best golf courses in all of the Gulf Shores area.
